Celebrate the Small Things - 31 May

The week went by fast didn't it? Here we are Celebrating The Small Things again on this last day of May. Y'all know the drill: Sign up on the linky, post Celebrations for the week, and hop around and celebrate with others. These Celebrations can be as small as you like and related to whatever you like!

My Celebrations for this week are:


  • It is nearly the weekend. After a busy week, I need it!
  • Said weekend involves a fun hen do for my friend :)
  • I had a nice time at my writing group last night.
  • I discovered captions for pictures you upload on blogger.

    The captions thing is great. I use it quite a bit. And yay for writing groups. I've got mine in a couple of weeks.

    Am I the only one who doesn't know what a hen night is?? I guess I can make an educated guess :) ...glad you get some time off this weekend and your writing group was fun :)

    What a lovely blog hop idea! I wish I could participate, but the blog is full up on Fridays with our Giveaways posts. You've inspired me to at least write down what I'm grateful for. There are many things, but you are right, if we don't take the time to acknowledge them, it's easy to focus on the negatives. Thanks for the reminder!

    Yay - thanks for the caption tip! I've seen other people do and never known how. Perhaps I should pay more attention when uploading photos! My post is a day late, but it'll be up today (June 1). I also see more people have signed up...better do some more visiting!

    What a fun idea! I'll have to join in next month. This week has been a little discouraging for me, but I guess I should celebrate a little - after all, I finished my paper for school without COMPLETELY losing it ;)
