Celebrate The Small Things: March 7 edition

Goodness me here we are in March! Time to Celebrate The Small Things again ;)

There are barely any rules to this: post celebrations in your blog, sign up on the linky, hop around and celebrate with others! That's it!

The rules can be as big or small as you like, but the basic idea is to 'stop and smell the coffee' so to speak. So do share whatever celebrations you would like!

By the way a very big thank you to EVERYONE who joins in - I continually celebrate all of you!

I have had the world's most busy work week - or so it feels - I have no idea that it is now March. Have lost all track - it would have been IWSG! What day is it? Who am I? Where am I?

Ahem. Anyway. Despite the busy, my celebrations for the week are:

  • Watching a few episodes of Bones, and remembered how watchable David Boreanaz can be!
  • Being made lovely pancakes by the boyfriend for Shrove Tuesday.
  • Having a nice day out catching up with some friends I don't get to see too often - cupcakes were eaten.

How about you?

Here's the linky:

  1. Catching up with friends, having your boyfriend make you pancakes and enjoying a fave show. Boy you do have something to celebrate.

  2. Big Bones fan here, especially David! Pancakes made by your boyfriend and cupcakes eaten are celebrations!

  3. How funny - I was recently watching some episodes of Angel and thought how I had forgotten just how much I love David Boreanaz. :D

  4. I'm glad you had a great week! I'm sorry I missed last week, don't remember what happened...but I'm back. Only the linky, she ain't...not visible, at least not from where I'm sitting.

P.S My post isn't up yet, but I am, and I'll have it up within the's 5:48 MST now.

  5. Yes, it's March, and IWSG was Wednesday! April will be here before you know it.

  6. It's always great to catch up with friends we don't see much, I'm seeing mine next weekend and I'm very excited.

I still can't make my mind up if I prefer Mr Boreanaz in Angel or Bones. I may just have to keep watching them until I make my mind up ...

  7. I always celebrate the eating of cupcakes and pancakes.

I like Bones very much, but I personally prefer Mr. Boreanaz in Angel.

  8. Cupcakes and catching up sound wonderful. Hopefully your weekend is a little more relaxed than your week has been!

  9. I loved my pancakes on Tuesday, there should be more pancake days.
Aww I miss Bones, I haven't watched it in so long.

  10. Cupcakes make all the difference! Enjoy your weekend!

  11. Cupcakes sound just about right - with hot chocolate!
Just came in from cutting 4-inch ice floes off my driveway with my garden edger! At least, it got me out - and I supposedly live in the US South!
    Great to be back.

  12. Pancakes are a real feature of celebrations this week! Hope your weekend is a little calmer than your busy week.

  13. Eating cupcakes with friends is always a fantastic way to spend your time. Have a great weekend!

  14. Glad you have such nice things to celebrate! Is Shrove Tuesday the same as Fat Tuesday, which is the day before Lent? Hope you have a great weekend.

  15. Cupcakes are always worthy of a celebration! :) Have a good weekend!

  16. Cupcakes, pancakes, boyfriends and sexy guys on TV. Sounds like a good week. :) Personally, I prefer Simon Baker on the Mentalist, but Bones is quite enjoyable too.

  17. Meeting the friends we can't meet often feels like heaven on earth. Hope you had great time with them. That's so sweet that your boyfriend made pancakes for you. Cup cakes are the best . I love them . Have a great week :)

  18. You had the best week ever. I make this statement based on David Boreanaz, who is awesomely hot, and the fact that you ate cupcakes with friends.

  19. Pancakes made by your boyfriend, and cupcakes with friends - sounds like a really sweet week!

  20. Lovely little things very well worth celebrating.

  21. Any week that contains both pancakes and cupcakes is a good week in my book!

  22. Bones has passed me by - but then I've never seen The Sopranos or West Wing, and I'm only just getting stuck into Breaking Bad.

  23. Aww, Bones and David Boreanaz! Love it!

  24. Love pancakes and even better when someone else makes them for you:)
